Refunds & Returns

In the event of a missing parcel please note I can't chase this until 15 days after the dispatch *this is the time frame Royal Mail give before a parcel is considered lost* you will be offered a refund in full or the parcel resent if RM determine the parcel is lost. In the event any items are out of stock I can refund the difference. Please allow up to 7 days for you refund to be processed.

I will not be held liable for breakages of wax as this doesn’t affect the use of the product. In the case of burners being damaged please contact me immediately with picture and an explanation of what is wrong.

If you wish to return your parcel please contact me first, all items must be unused and in their original packaging and you have 30 days to do so. Return postage will be processed and refunded within 7 days of me receiving the parcel back, it will be sent with the product refund.

 

Collections & Delivery

All collections must be collected within 14 days of notice that your order is ready. After the 14 days is up and no prior communication your order will be added back into my stock to be resold. There will be no refunds on customs. Please do not use the collection option if you require your item to be posted, your order will be rejected if you do so or you will be contacted to pay postage. Please note open boxes won't be dispatched until the box is closed, if you select this and wish for you parcel to be dispatched ASAP you will have to pay the postage costs. 

UK delivery only, please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch, I am often much quicker than this however things come up and I also have a job alongside this which takes priority as my main income. After dispatch the estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days however this can take longer during busy periods of the year.

 

Customs

If you would like a custom there is an up to 3 week turnaround time. This allows for the products I need to arrive and curing time for the wax I use. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required, if no payment is made in full within 14 days of notification that the product is ready I reserve all rights to sell on. There are no refunds on customs unless due to unforeseen circumstances I cannot complete the order.

 

Liability

I do not accept any liability of damages or disasters due to misuse of the product e.g. using 8hr tealights, stacking tealights, adding water to your burner and wax, using oil burners for wax, leaving in the reach of children, adding oils to the melt. The recommendation is to place a single tealight in a burner no smaller than 8cm and a small amount of wax in the well of the burner. Never leave a candle unattended or around pets and children.
